Feta Cheese Ball |

This recipe comes from my sister, Tammy. It has fantastic flavor from the feta cheese, garlic and herbs. I took one bite and ate almost the rest of the ball! |

| Ingredients: |
2- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
8 oz. feta cheese
4 tbl. olive oil
5 scallions, finely chopped
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tsp. oregano
3-4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
3-4 c. fresh spinach, chopped |

Instructions: |

Mix all ingredients, except spinach, until smooth. Stir in spinach. Form into 1 or 2 balls, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. This should be refrigerated at least 4 hours before serving and is even better if it sits overnight. Serve with crackers (I prefer wheat thins), pita bread, or raw vegetables. |
