Spicy!BBQ Pork
The secret is the BBQ sauce and the BBQ rub! This method can be used on ribs, boneless ribs, pork chops, pork loins . . . in fact, just about any sort of pork that can be grilled. Click on the link to order the Spicy Garlic Sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings.
Ingredients:
For the rub:
  2 tbl. garlic-pepper seasoning
  1 tsp. garlic salt
  1½ tbl. cumin
  1 tsp. garlic powder
  1 tsp. onion powder
  1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  ½ tsp. chili powder
  3 tbl. paprika
  1 tsp. cayenne pepper
For the sauce:
  2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  1 cup Spicy Garlic Sauce
  ½ cup dijon mustard

  2 lbs. pork for grilling

Instructions:
This recipe can be grilled or cooked in the oven. If cooking in the over, preheat the oven to 350º.

To make the rub: combine all ingredients and stir.

To make the sauce: combine all ingredients and stir.

Coat pork with BBQ rub. If you are able to allow the rub to rest on the meat before grilling, the flavor will intensify. Grill meat to desired doneness. The BBQ sauce is used in the last few minutes of the grilling time. Spread the sauce over the meat and allow to cook for just a minute or two. Turn meat and do the same for the other side.
