Carollie
I had this in Denver over 10 years ago and can still remember how great the ingredients I picked tasted together. You can certainly choose your own ingredients, but make sure you include the cream cheese, provolone cheese, and pepperoncini peppers! From there, the choice is yours!
Ingredients:
  1 package pizza crust mix
a great pizza sauce, 1 small can or ½ jar
  ¼ cup softened cream cheese
  ½ cup provolone cheese
  ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  ½ cup cooked Italian sausage
  ¼ cup pepperoncini rings
1 ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  some sliced pepperoni
  some grated Parmesan cheese
Photo coming soon!

Instructions:
Prepare pizza crust according to package instructions. Spread mix into a round pizza pan.

A great pizza sauce depends on the spices. You can buy a cheap sauce and "flavor it up" yourself. Add some minced garlic, onion, and green pepper. Also add some black pepper and Italian seasonings. A teaspoon of each spice and a tablespoon of each vegetable should suffice. Gently heat the pizza sauce for about 5 minutes if you added your own flavoring to combine the flavors. Spread some sauce on ½ the pizza crust leaving about a ¾ inch space at the edge.

Layering of the carollie ingredients is very important for whatever ingredients you choose to use. You want a nice mix of sauce, cheese, and other ingredient so that no part of the stuffed pizza is too dry.

I add the cooked sausage right on top of the crust and sauce. Next, I pull the cream cheese apart into little chunks and "dot" the half of the pizza crust I am working with. Place the pepperoni slices next. Add some sauce. Add the chopped onions. Add the provolone cheese and pepper rings.

At this point I have a nice sized pile of stuffing ingredients. Carefully, pull the untopped portion of the pizza crust over the toppings. You must bring the edge all the way to match with the edge we already left untouched around the sauce. You need to seal the stuffed pizza by making the two edges into one edge. I also use a fork to ensure the edge is sealed. Sprinkle the top with some grated Parmesan cheese and bake at 375º for about 15 minutes, or the crust is nicely toasted. Enjoy!

Taco Pizza
Taco Pizza
Any type of food can be made into a pizza! This is just another delicious example of that. Of course, leave out whatever ingredients you do not like and add what I have forgotten. Photo to be posted soon
Ingredients:
one pizza crust, you may buy a mix or make your own
  1 tbl corn meal
1 can refried or black beans
  1 cup tomato salsa
  ½ pound ground beef
  1 large yellow onion, chopped
  dash of hot sauce
  1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded (pepper) jack cheese
1 cup sour cream blended with 2 tbl milk
  ½ head of lettuce chopped
  1 tomato, diced
taco flavored tortilla chips, broken into pieces

Instructions:
Prepare the pizza crust and put onto the pizza sheet, or pizza stone. Lightly sprinkle the crust with corn meal. Bake the empty crust at 325º for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the beans and salsa in a saucepan and heat. This is the sauce for the pizza. Spread this evenly on the crust.

Cook the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic salt, black pepper, and a couple dashes of hot sauce. Add half of the chopped onion to the ground beef and cook until translucent. Drain the grease from the ground beef and sprinkle the meat over the sauce on the pizza crust.

Using a ½ cup of each cheese, sprinkle the cheeses over the meat. Bake this at 325º for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese begins to melt.

Spread the sour cream mixture across the top of the pizza. Add the chopped lettuce, remaining onion, tomato, tortilla chips, and remaining cheeses. Return this to the oven for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the pizza into slices and serve. Be careful to not disturb the toppings. Enjoy!
