Thai Chicken Pizza
A spicy peanut sauce is the base of this pizza! Add chicken, carrots, bean sprouts and green onions to create a great looking and great tasting pizza.
Ingredients:
  1 pizza crust
  1 cup peanut sauce
  1 cup chicken, cooked and diced
  ½ cup red pepper, thinly sliced
  ½ cup yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  ½ cup carrot, cut julienne-style
  ½ cup bean sprouts
  ¼ cup chopped green onions
  ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Thai Chicken Pizza

Instructions:
Cook pizza crust for about 5 minutes at 350°

To assemble pizza, spread peanut sauce over pizza crust. Sprinkle chicken, red pepper, and yellow pepper over sauce.

Bake at 350° for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with bean sprouts, green onions and cilantro. Enjoy!

Note: Often use frozen bread dough as the pizza crust and make individual sized pizzas as shown on this page.

Serves: 4-6
