Asian Coleslaw
Crisp green and purple cabbage is combined with carrots, bean sprouts, red pepper and/or orange pepper and/or yellow pepper, cilantro and green onion in this coleslaw that is topped with a honey, ginger and garlic sauce. Crunchy peanuts are added to the top to create a wonderful alternative to traditional coleslaw. Enjoy!

If you ever watch Barefoot Contessa, with Ina Gartner, you'll recognize this dressing! She used a similar sauce to marinate chicken before baking. It works great here too!
Ingredients:
For the dressing:
  1 cup honey
  ¾ cup soy sauce
  ¼ cup garlic, minced
  ½ cup fresh ginger, minced
For the salad:
  1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
¼ cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
  1 cup carrot, julienned

  ¼ cup yellow pepper, julienned
