Perfect Anytime Salad This is a great tasting, simple salad. Ingredients:   Chopped leaf lettuce   Chopped iceberg lettuce   Balsamic vinaigrette (I like Paul Newman brand)   crumbled feta cheese Instructions: Mix the chopped lettuce together. Toss with the balsalmic vinegerette and top with crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy! Many variations of this salad are possible. For a more pungent flavor, use crumbled blue cheese. Add red onion slices, grilled steak slices, or some season croutons. The possiblilties are endless. Keep in mind that this is a great salad all by itself. Return to Salads Index
