Cheesesteak Panini |

After we bought a panini maker it was paninis for the next 6 months! This great sandwich has a fantastic combination of steak, onions and cheeses all on a toasted French roll. (Shown here with Baked French Fries.) |

| Ingredients: |
1 ribeye steak, about 8 oz.
2 tbl olive oil
¼ yellow onion, thinly sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
2 French rolls
¼ cup swiss cheese
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup white cheddar cheese/TD>

Instructions: |

Place ribeye steak in freezer until firm, but not frozen. Thinly cut the steak across the grain.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add steak and cook about 3 minutes. Add onions and cook about 3 minutes.
Combine all cheeses.
To assemble sandwiches, cut French roll open. Cover one side of French roll with cheese mixture. Place steak and onions over cheese and with more cheese. Place other half of French roll on sandwich.
Carefully place each sandwich into a the pre-heated panini maker. Cook until golden brown. |
