Turkey Bacon Salad Wrap |
|
You really cannot go wrong when you put diced turkey with crisp bacon in a Jalapeño Ranch dressing! Adding some lettuce, spinach, onions, peppers, and tomato pushes this wrap into a healthy lunchtime option. I use a green spinach tortilla but you can use whatever flavor you like. |

| Ingredients: |
1 cup cooked turkey, diced
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1½ Romaine lettuce, chopped
1½ cup spinach, chopped
¼ cup red onion, chopped
¼ cup red pepper, chopped
¼ cup tomato, chopped
¾ cup Jalapeño Ranch dressing
¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
fresh cracked black pepper
2 large tortillas |

Instructions: |
|
|
Combine all ingredients (except tortillas, turkey and bacon) and season with cracked black pepper, to taste.
To assemble sandwiches, spoon ¼ salad into center of each tortilla. Top each salad with ½ of the turkey and bacon. Carefully roll tortilla closed by folding tortilla almost in half over salad. With fold side of tortilla closes to you, fold about 1½ inches of right side of tortilla over the end. Then roll remaining tortilla over folded tortilla to secure the wrap. Wrap the closed end of the tortilla with aluminum foil to make serving and eating much easier. |
