White Chocolate, Cherry and Macademia Crunch Cookies
This is actual a very soft, moist cookie filled with white chocolate and cherry craisins in a crispy exterior with crunchy macademia nuts.
Ingredients:
  ¾ cup butter, softened
  ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  1 cup white sugar
  2 eggs
  1 ½ tsp. vanilla
  3 cups flour
  1 tsp. baking soda
  ½ tsp. salt
  2 tbl. milk
  ½ cup oatmeal
  1 cup macademia nuts, chopped
  ½ cup craisins
  ½ cup cherry flavored craisins
  1 pkg. (10 oz.) white chocolate chips
White Chocolate, Cherry and Macademia Crunch Cookies

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375º.

Cream butter and sugars with an electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla. Add milk and mix. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.

Add oatmeal, nuts, craisins and white chocolate chips. Mix until combined.

Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet leaving about 2 inches in between each cookie. Bake for 11-13 minutes. Remove from baking sheet to cool on a wire rack.
