Monster Cookies The cookie that has everything! Rather than make oatmeal cookies, peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and M&M cookies, make this one. Ingredients:   1/4 cup shortening   3/4 cup butter   1 cup sugar   1 cup brown sugar   1 tsp vanilla   2 tbl water   2 eggs   2 cups flour   1 tsp salt   1 tsp baking soda   2 cups quick oatmeal   1 cup peanut butter   chocolate chips, M&M's, walnuts, pecans, peanut butter chips Instructions: Cream the shortening, butter, sugars, and water. Beat in eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Mix in peanut butter. Add oatmeal and stir well. Add favorite candies. Drop by a spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes.
