Pop the popcorn. You can use whatever method you like but if you don't have a popcorn popper you can add the oil and popcorn to a large covered pan over medium heat. Once you start to hear the kernels popping carefully shake the pan a couple times to keep the unpopped kernels at the bottom of the pan. Continue to cook until it sounds like the kernels have all popped. Then CAREFULLY remove the lid to the pan - there may still be some kernels that could pop and will fly out of the pan! Transfer popcorn to baking sheets, forming a single layer.
Melt peanut butter in microwave for about 30-45 seconds. Gently stir peanut butter into popcorn, coating all of the popcorn. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
Melt white chocolate chips in microwave for about 30-45 seconds. Stir chips and heat 20 seconds more if all of the chips have not melted yet. Gently stir the melted white chocolate chips into the popcorn coating all of the popcorn. Allow to cool in refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate chips in microwave for about 30-45 seconds. Drizzle dark chocolate chips over popcorn. Allow to cool in refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
